PURPOSE: To reduce vacant space before and after a measuring table without regulating the entering direction, by providing the measuring table, to and from which a vehicle can enter and exit in any direction and which can mount all wheels; providing a driving means, which rotates the measuring table; and also providing a transmitting means, which transmits a rotary driving force to the measuring table.
CONSTITUTION: A vehicle 12 is made to enter and stop on a measuring table 11 from an arbitrary direction so that all wheels 14 can be mounted on the measuring table 11. The weight of the load on vehicle is measured by a load cell 10. Then the vehicle 12 is directly turned on the measuring table 11 to a specified direction and made to go out of the measuring table 11. After the weight of the load on vehicle is measured by a load cell 19, a measuring table 16 is rotated by a driving means 20 with a vehicle 17 being mounted on the turning table 16, and the vehicle 17 is made to face a specified advancing direction. Namely, a driving force generated by a motor 23 rotates a pinion gear 25 by way of a speed reducer 24, and a driving gear 26 is slowly rotated to the specified direction. The measuring table 16 is also rotated. When the vehicle 17 faces the advancing direction, the rotation of the motor 23 is stopped.
