To provide an apparatus, a mechanism and a method for manufacturing a rubber roll which needs no time and effort for mounting on and removing from a mold frame, and needs no heating furnace, in which the scale of the manufacturing apparatus is only a small scale, and the manufacturing cost can be made low.
The method for manufacturing the rubber roll wherein when a cylindrical core 4A is inserted into a sleeve 3A of the manufacturing apparatus 2, and a liquid rubber raw material is poured into a rubber layer molding space formed between the outer periphery of the core 4A and the inner periphery of the sleeve 3A and the liquid rubber raw material is cured by heating to form a rubber layer around the core 4A and to manufacture thereby the rubber roll, an electrically heating type pipe heater 6A is inserted into the core 4A, is provided. When a heating stage wherein the manufacturing apparatus is heated to cure the liquid rubber raw material in the rubber layer molding space S, and a cooling stage for cooling the manufacturing apparatus are set, and the heating stage and the cooling stage are connected in a carrying path, especially when a plurality of heating stages are provided to one cooling stage, a large amount of rubber rolls can be efficiently produced by a mechanism of a small scale apparatus.
