PURPOSE: To efficiency melt solid paraffin within a short time, by providing a means for heating solid paraffin and a means for guiding molten paraffin from a paraffin mount part to a paraffin receiving part.

CONSTITUTION: Solid paraffin 4 is placed on a mount plate 2 as shown by the broken line and a heater 5 and a temp. holding heater 8 are turned ON. When the heater 5 is turned ON, paraffin 4 begins to melt from its lower surface contacted with the mount plate 2 and molten paraffin is flowed by the inclination of the mount plate 2 and flowed down to a receiving cup 7 through a disicharge passage 6 to be stored therein. At this time, the temp. holding heater 8 has been turned ON and molten paraffin is stored without being solidified. By this method, paraffin inferior to heat conductivity is brought to a molten state and flows simultaneously with melting and the heat of the heater 5 is efficiently conducted to solid paraffin.
