The adhering apparatus includes: a rotary stage 24 that forms an adhesive layer 14 by spincoating an ultraviolet curing resin group adhesive on an optical recording layer 13 of the transfer base T and overlaps a light transparent resin sheet 15 on the adhesive layer 14; an ultraviolet ray chamber 30 that cures the adhesive layer 14 between the optical recording layer 13 and the light transparent resin sheet 15; a transfer base carrying means 26 that carries the transfer base T from a transfer base loading section 28 to the rotary stage 24 and carries the transfer base T in the ultraviolet ray chamber 30 to a transfer base discharge section 31; a resin sheet carrying means 32 that carries the light transparent resin sheet 15 from a resin sheet loading section 29 to the rotary stage 24; and a chamber carrying means 27 that carries the transfer base T overlapping the light transparent resin sheet 15 on the optical recording layer 13 on the rotary stage 24 to the ultraviolet ray chamber 30.
