Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for brewing beverage capable of extracting a beverage in a short time.
SOLUTION: A brewing vessel 5 into which a powder raw material G and hot water H are charged, a storage vessel 4 storing a beverage brewn from the brewing vessel 5, an air pump 14 sucking air from the storage vessel 4 when driven, a fluid circuit forming means for forming a fluid circuit so as to supply air sucked through the storage vessel 4 to the brewing vessel 5 as an agitation air when the air pump 14 is driven in an agitation process and to suck the beverage of the brewing vessel 5 to the storage vessel 4 by decompressing the storage vessel 4 when the air pump 14 is driven in an extraction process 5. The fluid circuit forming means cuts the inflow of air from the outside to the storage vessel when the pump is driven in an agitation process.
