Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a voltage converting device without relying upon a transforming means, convert a low voltage and heat into a high voltage directly and output a required high voltage easily. CONSTITUTION:At least one pyroelectric device 11 which converts a heat variation into a voltage V and a heat supplying means 12 which supplies heat to the pyroelectric device 11 are provided. Further, a storing means 13 which stores charge Q outputted by the pyroelectric device 11 and a switching device 14 which controls the output of the pyroelectric device 14 are provided.
