When a photograph sticker creation game processing is started, a photographing part makes a shield curtain 92 be stored in a background curtain unit 91. The photograph processing part determines whether a pretty mode or play mode is selected as a photographing mode. When it is determined that the pretty mode is selected, the photograph processing part makes the background curtain hang from the background curtain unit 91 and uses the background curtain as a background. A user is photographed using the vicinity of the background curtain as a photographing space. When it is determined that the play mode is selected, the photographing part makes a user be photographed using the vicinity of a photographing base 131 as the photographing space. This invention can be applied in an apparatus for creating a photograph sticker installed in a game amusement center or the like.
