This curtain formation apparatus includes a suspension part 10 for suspending the curtain hooks 15 attached to the curtain C with pleats, two sets of shape-retaining pins 21 and 22 for holding the bottom C1 of the curtain C into a corrugated shape, and a hot air sending part for upward sending hot air 41 from the bottom C1 of the curtain C, wherein the suspension part 10 has a cooling air sending part 30 for sending cooling air 43 toward the pleats C2.
