Abstract:
PURPOSE: To cut skinless sausage by feeding the string of sausage meat through a tubular cutting head for surrounding and supporting it, horizontally cutting the string of the sausage meat in a rotary cutting means and turning it to the sausage whose end face is projected. CONSTITUTION: The sausage meat 10 is made to flow through a pipe 12, a rotation part 15 is rotated, a groove ring 19 is moved back and forth in the direction of an arrow A-B by a roller, the rotary net line knife 18 is synchronously advanced so as to be moved back and forth with an appropriate time interval and brought into contact with the sausage meat and cutting is performed. Then, it is retreated from it and the flow of the sausage meat is synchronously stopped during the cutting process. When the groove ring 19 is moved in the direction A, a cutting means supporting body 17 and the knife 18 are advanced to the sausage and cutting is performed. When the groove ring is moved in the direction B, it pushes the curved end 21 of a lever 22, the cutting means supporting body 17 and the knife 18 are withdrawn from the sausage and cutting is ended.
