There are provided a moving part 16, on which an object 12 is placed to be moved, is provided, a sensor 52 and a sensor 54, by which unven parts of target marks 22, 24 are detected in a noncontact manner on the basis of a change in a resistance value generated at a time, when the uneven parts of the target marks 22, 24 on the object 12 moved by the movement part 16 are passed and which output detection signals of the uneven parts of the target marks 22, 24 are provided, a control part 58, which calculates the position coordinates of the object 12 by obtaining positions of the target marks 22, 24 on the basis of the detection signals of the uneven part of the target marks 22, 24, obtained by the sensors 52, 54.
