A recovery box 141 includes a strong triboelectric series product recovery chamber 141D, which is disposed at an end close to a negative electrode 131 for recovering, of a plurality of plastic pieces recovered in a negative electrode-side recovery box 141A, plastic pieces positively-charged more stronger than the other plastic pieces. A mixed plastic 101 containing ABS, SP, heavy PP and trace of PA is charged by a charging cylinder 121 and electrostatically separated by the electrostatic field between the electrodes. The ABS which is easily positively-charged is recovered in the negative electrode-side recovery box 141A, and the PS and heavy PP which are easily negatively-charged are recovered in a positive electrode-side recovery box 141B. Since the PA which is more easily positively-charged than ABS is captured in the strong triboelectric series product recovery chamber 141D, the ABS can be recovered in the negative electrode-side recovery box 141A with high purity and at high recovery rate.
