To evaluate and compute the behavior of groundwater, which reflects a change in coefficient of permeability of a bedrock, associated with the progress of the excavation of the bedrock.
This apparatus is equipped with: a coefficient-of-permeability storage part 30 which stores coefficient-of-permeability data representing a relationship between a bedrock strain and the coefficient of permeability; and an analysis and computing part 38 which computes the deformation behavior of natural ground including the bedrock strain associated with the progress of bedrock excavation work, and the behavior of the groundwater in the bedrock, in each step of an excavation process. The analysis and computing part 38 has a coefficient-of-permeability updating part 44 which updates a value of the coefficient of permeability of the bedrock to a value corresponding to the computed bedrock strain by referring to the coefficient-of-permeability data stored in the storage part 30. Computing in the next step is performed by using the updated coefficient of permeability.
