Abstract:
To provide an apparatus and a method for examining an approaching speed sensation capable of quantitatively evaluating capability of discriminating an approaching speed.
The apparatus for examining the approaching speed sensation comprises a visual stimulation exhibiting unit 1, and a controller 3. The exhibiting unit 1 virtually exhibits a visual stimulation, changes a position of the stimulation, and exhibits the approaching speed of the stimulation to an examining position P1. The controller 33 controls the unit 1.
