Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an automatic heat treatment apparatus accurately and mechanically executing the heat treatment work to members to be heat-treated having plural different kinds.
CONSTITUTION: This automatic heat treatment apparatus is provided with a bascket 7 circulatively used in the heat treatment apparatus and attaching the heat treatment data of the incorporated member to be heat-treated, a heat treatment data forming means 6 for forming necessary heat treatment data to the member on the bascket 7, a heat treatment data reading means for reading the heat treatment data attached to the bascket 7, a charging car 2 for conveying the bascket 7 incorporating the member to the necessary heat treatment means 1A-1K or a stock yard 3 according to the heat treatment data read with the heat treatment data reading means, plural heat treatment means 1A-1K arranged at one side part of this charging car 2, the stock yard 3 arranged at the other side of the charging car 2 and a second conveying means 5 for conveying the bascket 7 becoming the empty after the heat treatment to the heat treatment data forming means 6.
