Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to automate coating work of a liq. and to apply uniformly the liq. by constituting the title apparatus in such a way that a nozzle is inclined at a specified angle on the surface of an article and the liq. is fed into a channel of the article while the article is relatively moved to the nozzle.
CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for feeding an adhesive wherein the adhesive as a liq. is fed into a circular channel 13 formed on the surface of a core 11 as an article from a nozzle 23, the nozzle 23 is arranged so as to be inclined at a specified angle of inclination to the surface of the core 11 and the apparatus is constituted in such a way that while the core 11 is relatively moved to the nozzle 23, the adhesive is fed into the channel of the core 11 from the nozzle 23. As the result, as the apex of the nozzle is inserted in the circular channel 13 while the core 11 is rotated, fitting of the apex of the nozzle 23 to the channel 13 is easily performed. In addition, as the nozzle 23 is inclined at a specified angle to the channel 13, gathering of the adhesive at the application starting position and at the ending position of the adhesive is prevented from occurring.
