Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct prebending as well as bending following thereto in a simple equipment constitution and under simple motion.
SOLUTION: At the state a prebending blade 17 supported to a swing frame 3 at the perpendicular position P2 is facing to a lower die 4, a door panel D on the lower die 4 is ascended by a stroke S1 together with a lifter table 5, prebending is conducted to a hemming flange part F. After the lifter table 5 is once descended, by sliding a working blade unit 24 by a prescribed stroke in the right direction, a bending blade 18 is faced to the lower die 4. At this state, by ascending the lifter table 5 by a prescribed stroke, bending is done to the hemming flange part F.
