Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly inject a chemical liquid into a water system to be treated without causing injection failure and injection inhibition by preventing oxidation and curing of a phenolic resin when injecting an alkaline solution of the phenolic resin as the chemical liquid into the water system to be treated.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for injecting a chemical liquid, including: a chemical liquid tank 1 for storing an alkaline solution of thermoplastic phenolic resin; and air shielding means covering a liquid face of a phenolic resin 2 of a thermoplastic phenolic resin in the chemical liquid tank 1. Regarding this air shielding means, it is preferable to float a fluororesin sheet 3 having a thickness of 0.05 to 0.1 mm on the liquid face of the alkaline solution of the thermoplastic phenolic resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
