Title:
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BENT PART OF MULTI-HOLE PIPE AND PERFORATED PIPE BENT WITH APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING BENDING PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006102781
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a manufacturing apparatus for the bent part of a multi-hole pipe with which the bending part having a good shape can be formed on the multi-hole pipe without being affected by a partition wall for partitioning the interior of the multi-hole pipe.

This apparatus has a bending die 18 which is brought into contact with the outer periphery of the multi-hole pipe 10, a pressure die 19 for pressing the pipe 10 against this bending die 18, a clamping part 20 for clamping one end of the pipe 10 and bending the pipe 10 along the bending die 18 and the main bodies 22, 22 of core bars which are inserted into the passages 12, 12 of the pipe 10 and a recessed part is provided on the outside of the connecting part of the inside wall of an external pipe 11 and a partition wall 13. Thus, the local deformation of the bending part 16 is prevented since the external pipe 11 is held from the inside with the main bodies 22, 22 of the core bars and the partition wall 13 is held from both sides while compressing the external pipe 11 with the bending die 18 and the pressure die 19. Moreover, since a clearance is formed by the recessed part on the outside of the connecting part, the partition wall 13 is prevented from being subjected to excessive force in the width direction and also the bulging deformation of the external pipe 11 is absorbed.
