Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an insulation coated conductor capable of improving a conductor space factor while securing an insulation property.SOLUTION: There is provided an apparatus for manufacturing an insulation coated conductor 1 which has a conductor wire 10 composed as an assembly of a plurality of conductive element wires 101 and an insulation coating layer 12 for coating an outer peripheral surface of the conductor wire. The apparatus comprises an electrodeposition part 2 which has a power supply part 3 for holding the conductor wire so as to supply power, and forms an electrodeposition coating film serving as the insulation coating layer. The power supply part has a plurality of pairs of feeding rollers 31, 32 which face each other in a wire width direction W across the conductor wire and elastically hold the conductor wire at intervals in a wire length direction L of the conductor wire, and the plurality of conductive element wires serving as the outer peripheral surface of the conductor wire are contacted with any one of the feeding rollers constituting the power supply part so as to be electrically connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
