Abstract:
To improve the yield of a material, to suppress the increase of cost and to raise manufacturing efficiency.
By cutting a metal rolled material 4 having width size which is the same as the width size in the developed state of a bracket member 3, a metal base stock piece 5 having external size which is the same as the developed size of the bracket member 3 is formed and a corner cutting stage and a forming stage are continuously performed while conveying this metal base stock piece 5 by taking a side edge part 5A in the feeding direction as reference by an intermittent conveying mechanism 22.
