To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a panel with a pattern and a method for manufacturing the panel with the pattern by using the apparatus capable of easily separating the panel with the pattern from a decorating mold.

In the apparatus for manufacturing a panel 11 with a pattern having a mold and a press injector 12 for press injecting a pressure medium, the mold has (1) a base 3, (2) a form 4 disposed on the base 3, (3) a decorating mold 5 surrounded by the form 4 and mounted on the base 3, and (4) a gap 6 formed between the mold 5 and the base 3 and capable of press injecting the medium. The method for manufacturing the panel with the pattern comprises the steps of casting and filling the curable base material in the mold, then heating to cure the material, then press injecting the pressure medium in the gap 6 to elastically deform the mold 5 in a bent state, and separating the cured material from the mold 5.
