PURPOSE: To desirably mold thermoplastic resin by providing a heat generating cone which is rotated integrally with agitating blades immediately before a discharge port for two types of mixture resins, providing resin introducing passages at the cone and a cone case, and providing a temperature control mechanism in the case.
CONSTITUTION: Rein is introduced from an inlet A, and catalyst is introduced from an inlet C. The two liquids are mixed by a rotation of rotary blades 51 during feeding in a cylinder 1, and discharged from a discharge port B into a mold. The mixed resins are raised at its temperature by frictional heat generated when the resins are passed through a resin introducing passage 3a formed of a heat generating cone 3 and a cone case 4 to be rotated integrally with the blades 5. The frictional heat is decided at its raising temperature according to a size of a sectional area of the passage 3a. If it is necessary to further raise the temperature of the resin, warm liquid is introduced into a liquid introducing pipe 6 and a hollow part 4a to preheat it. Further, cold is introduced to cool the cone 3 to improve a temperature rise control effect of the resin, and hence molding can be desirably conducted.
