Abstract:

To activate a throat at a plurality of reactive points of specific parts (hereinafter called jugular active parts) of a human neck, and to open up the respiratory tract obstruction during sleep.

A mechanical means is provided to add a specific strength to a specific part of the neck, and expand the predetermined part to the outside from the normal position. By this expansion, the blockage of the human throat is eliminated during sleep and snoring can be stopped, and furthermore it might be useful for a patient of obstructive sleep apnea. This mechanical means comprises an adhesive patch, a mechanical clip, and a magnetic implant, and these receive tensile strength from the outer means.
