A turn table 1 which rotates in the horizontal plane is declined radially and outwardly. A cooling tank 2 formed on the lower surface of the turn table 1 includes a circulating water passage 4 therein. The circulating water passage 4 allows cooling water to flow from the outside to inside in the radial direction on the directly lower surface of the turn table. Cooling water flows obliquely upward on the directly lower surface of the turn table 1, so that the new cooling water gets in contact with the lower surface of the turn table 1 one after another, which improves the cooling effect. Furthermore, the cooling water and bubbles which do not stop but move along the turn table 1, which remains tilted, do not cause poor local heat transmission resulting from water vaporization due to local heating or the retention of the bubbles, nor cause phreatic explosion.
