Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the accuracy of discrimination between stratum bedrocks in a construction range which includes a wide variety of grounds from a soft ground to a hard ground.
SOLUTION: An apparatus is equipped with: propulsion energy computing part 208, a rotational energy computing part 209 and a percussion energy computing part 210, which compute propulsion energy, rotational energy and percussion energy, acting on the tip (bit) of a drill rod when a hole is drilled in the ground, in accordance with a sensor detection parameter; a drilling energy computing part 211 which computes drilling energy based on the total of the propulsion energy, the rotational energy and the percussion energy; a discrimination standard setting part 212 which sets the standard of the discrimination between the stratum bedrocks, in accordance with a correlation between depth/drillhole-log data and the drilling energy obtained in exploratory drilling; and a stratum bedrock discrimination part 213 which discriminates between the stratum bedrocks during drilling in real time, in accordance with the result of a comparison between a discrimination standard and the drilling energy obtained in actual drilling.
