Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a thermoformed article must be taken out by manual work and work efficiency is bad heterofore.
SOLUTION: A product recovery arm 20 is moved to the first stop position P1 on a lower mold 18 in synchronous relation to the trimming operation of the thermoformed article P from a thermoformed article forming sheet S due to the contact operation of the upper and lower molds 15, 18 of a trimming apparatus A and the trimmed thermoformed article P placed on the lower mold 18 is sucked and recovered by a predetermined suction mechanism. By this constitution, the thermoformed article can be efficiently taken out and recovered on-line in synchronous retation to the trimming operation in the trimming apparatus A.
