To provide an apparatus for regenerating floating gas for an airship that can increase the use efficiency of buoyancy gas to sharply reduce the cost required for the buoyancy gas.
The apparatus for regenerating the floating gas is provided with a gas recovery line 3 for taking out and recovering gaseous helium containing impurities, from a gaseous helium bag 2 filled with gaseous helium of the airship 1; a helium refining apparatus 5 for eliminating impurities from the recovered gaseous helium to refine helium; and a gas charging line 4 for charging the gaseous helium bag 2 with the refined gaseous helium. Since the gaseous helium lowered in purity in the gaseous helium bag 2 of the airship 1 is regenerated, the use efficiency of the gaseous helium is remarkably improved and the amount of waste is sharply reduced. As a result, the cost required for the gaseous helium can be considerably reduced.
