To roll a plurality of gears having different specifications integrally on the same axis and accurately at the same time.
In a gear rolling apparatus, teeth corresponding to a tooth form of each flat die 3-6 are imparted to a base stock for gears by pressing each flat die 3-6 against the base stock for gears, making both rolling motion, and two gears 1, 2 which are integrated on the same axis are rolled at the same time. The flat dies 3, 4 and 5, 6 are respectively paired and arranged across the base stock for gears in accordance with each gear 1, 2. Each flat die 3-6 has the tooth form of different specifications in order to roll each gear 1, 2. Servomotors 7-10 are respectively provided in accordance with each flat die 3-6. Synchronizing systems for synchronizing the driving phases of the corresponding flat dies 3, 4 and dies 5, 6 with each other are provided on the servomotors 7, 8 and 9, 10. A device for adjusting phase between axes for keeping the phase difference between the driving phases caused by each synchronizing system constant is arranged.
