Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a printed matter which is free from offset and strike- through, and excellent in a fixing property by a method wherein a plate cylinder on which a specific master is wound, a feed means for specific emulsion ink, and a pushing means wherein the emulsion ink is oozed out from a bored part of the master, are provided.
SOLUTION: A plate cylinder 1 which is rotatively driven by a plate cylinder drive means has an ink feed means 60 composed of an ink pipe 2, an ink roller 3, a doctor roller 4, etc., in its inside. Further, a mater 8 wherein a thermoplastic resin film and a porous base material composed of natural or synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric so constituted that a surface roughness of a contact side to the thermoplastic resin film becomes 5-45μmRz are stuck together, is wound on the plate cylinder 1. Then, the ink feed means 60 feeds emulsion ink wherein its viscosity is 0.5-5Pa.s and a colorant occupies 3-8wt.% of ink weight from an inner peripheral surface of the plate cylinder 1. A push means 16 pushes printing paper 18 onto the master 8 to ooze out the emulsion ink from a bored part.
