Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a flat crease at the time of folding, and improve standing operation, subsequent smooth insertion performance into a box-making mandrel and moldability and sealability at the time of seal molding by warming or heating a flat parallelopiped body of a paper which has been folded flat of a paper container before box-making.
SOLUTION: A vacuum sucking device 34 which can move fore and aft is provided forward in a supply direction of a carton magazine 20 where flat- shaped parallelopiped bodies 1 wherein parallelopiped paper containers for liquid have been folded are collected, wherein the flat parallelopiped bodies 1 at the most front is sequentially sucked one by one to be supplied to a three- dimensionally standing mechanism forward. A warming/heating means 5 for blowing warm/hot air from below against the supplied flat parallelopiped body 1 is provided, wherein the body 1 is heated to 30 to 200°C, preferably approximately to 90°C and supplied to the standing mechanism, and two corners 1a, 1b of the body 1 are brought close in at least a length of a parallelopipe diagonal line of the paper container to have the parallelopiped body 1 standing in a three-dimensional form.
