PURPOSE: To accurately and easily support a wire without exerting a load on the wire itself by a method wherein the wire is sandwiched between and held by a cutout face part and a plane part and the wire is guided at the tip bottom of a V-shaped groove.

CONSTITUTION: The following are installed: plane parts 7 continued to V-shaped grooves 8 and to tip bottoms 8a in the V-shaped grooves 8 which guide end parts of wires 4 to a fixed part 3 and to a movable part 2 provided with an object lens 1; and clamps 9 provided with contact face parts 9a which are faced with the plane parts 7 and which guide the wires to the tip bottoms 8 in said V-shaped grooves 8. After the wires 4 have been guided to and positioned in the tip bottoms 8a in the V-shaped grooves 8, the wires 4 are fixed. Two of the contact face parts 9a are installed in the wire lamps 9, and the individual V-shaped grooves 8 and the individual plane parts 7 are installed so as to face the fixed part 3 and the like correspondingly.
