If the request information includes a request for calculating a recycle rate, the amounts of recycling for each recyclable material are calculated based on information on enable/disable of recycle for each material and the use amounts of materials, and the amounts of recycling to the total amounts of components or products are calculated as a recycle rate at component or product level.
