PURPOSE: To provide a goods taking-in device capable of overcoming an obstacle on the way of taking in the goods to simply take in the goods.

CONSTITUTION: A deck 30 is mounted on a mast 28 erected from a truck 26 to be vertically moved and a guide rail 34 capable of horizontally extending and contracting from the tip of the deck 30 is mounted. The guide rail 34 is extended by a suitable length when it is extended and gets over a waist wall 20 from the deck 30 and housed in the deck 30 when it is contracted. The deck 30 and guide rail 34 are provided on the upper surfaces with a series of roller conveyors 36 and the deck 30 is provided on the base end with a winch 50. A hook capable of being locked on an exclusive pallet 48 for stacking pallets 44 is provided on the tip of a wire 52 drawn out of the winch 50.
