To provide an apparatus which can reliably perform excrement treatment for a person incapable of performing micturition and defecation treatment, without reference to properties of the excrement.
A diaper cup body 10 includes an excrement receiving recess 77. The excrement receiving recess 77 is provided with a feces sensor 13 and a urine sensor 14. The feces sensor 13 which is provided in a lower part of a feces dropping part comprises a feces hardness detection sensor for performing control by a control panel unit 56 so that excrement can be sucked in by setting a greater suction force in the case of a signal for feces with higher hardness. The urine sensor 14 comprises a sensor which determines the presence or absence of urine, which has two contacts for performing the control by the control panel unit 56 so that the suction force necessary for the suction of the excrement can be computed depending on the degree of the signal, and which measures resistance therebetween.
