PURPOSE: To simultaneously perform effective washing and the formation of a protective film by mounting a chemical solution coating means and a physical force applying means for forming the protective film.
CONSTITUTION: When a treatment apparatus equipped with a treatment main body 2 consisting of a chemical solution coating means 21 and a physical force applying means 22 is allowed to rise and fall along a wall surface W, a fluoroplastic aqueous dispersion L is applied to the wall surface W by the chemical solution coating means 21 and physical force is applied to the wall surface W coated with said dispersion L by the physical force applying means 22. As a result, the contaminant on the wall surface W is released into the coated chemical solution and, simultaneously with the release of the contaminant, the protective film based on the fluoroplastic aqueous dispersion L is formed to the wall surface W. When a pre-washing part 1, a released contaminant removing means 3 and a finish means are provided to the treatment main body 2, the wall surface W can be treated only by allowing the apparatus to rise and fall along the wall surface W. By this method, anti-staining properties, gloss and durability can be kept for a long period of time.
