This trimming apparatus 1 is provided with: a conveying means 20 for conveying a pallet 10 on which the goods 5 to be formed are disposed; a trimming means which is provided with a press die for trimming the goods to be formed on the pallet conveyed by the conveying means; a positioning means 40 for determining the relative position of the press die and the pallet when performing the trimming work to the goods to be formed on the pallet by the trimming means; and a position switching means 50 which is provided on the positioning means and by which the relative position of the press die and the pallet when performing the trimming work is switched.
