To provide a flying capacitor type battery cell voltage measuring apparatus for performing error corrections suitable for each battery cell while shortening the measuring time.
The voltage measuring apparatus for measuring voltages of battery cells of a battery cell unit constituted of a plurality of battery cells includes: a capacitance-variable capacitor part to be connected in parallel to the battery cells to be measured and charged; a switch circuit for changing over the connection between the capacitor part and the battery cells; a voltage measuring means charged by the battery cells for measuring an voltage of the capacitor part separated from the battery cells; an alteration means for altering the capacitance of the capacitor part between a first capacitance and a second capacitance smaller than the first capacitance; a setting means for setting correction conditions on the basis of measurement results of the voltage measuring means in the case of the first capacitance and measurement results of the voltage measuring means in the case of the second capacitance; and a correction means for correcting the measurement results in the case of the second capacitance on the correction conditions.
