Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus having a treatment capability as high as the common level even if the treatment pressure is lowered at the time when a material is finely granulated in emulsion, dispersion or pulverization.
SOLUTION: The apparatus main body for finely granulating a pressurized raw material is provided with a cylinder body having an inlet and an outlet and at least two disk plates 17, 18 overlaid as to form a plane and built in the cylinder body. Each plate is provided with a large number of through holes 20 arranged in order in the same or similar state and a large number of grooves 21 connecting the respective through holes in the plane. The grooves 21 are so formed as to cross the groove in another disk plate at a large number of points in the state where the respective disk plates are overlaid.
