Title:
APPARATUS FOR MIXING CEMENT/CONCRETE ADMIXTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3742609
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for mixing a cement/concrete admixture which controls the occurrence of drift and stagnation and can be washed easily.
SOLUTION: A stationary mixer 1 is constituted of a housing 10 which forms part of a concrete conveying pipe, a quick-setting admixture supply pipe 20 for supplying a quick-setting admixture into the housing 10, and mixing chips 30 arranged in the housing to be freely taken out. The mixing chip 30 is composed of a baffle member 31 for diverting the flows of the concrete and the quick-setting admixture outside in the radial direction by a conical surface 31c and a taper throttling member 32 which throttles the flows inside in the radial direction by a taper throttling surface 32c immediately downstream from the baffle member 31 and then discharges the flows from a discharge opening 32b.
