PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the pitch sending precision of a belt slab at a molding position and the pitch precision of a burning boundary part between molding sections on the belt slab in a belt slab molding apparatus in which each section in the circumferential direction of the belt slab is press-molded in turn by a pair of press molds while the belt slab is pitch fed in the circumferential direction by driving pulleys.
SOLUTION: A pair of the press molds is constituted of a first press mold 20 having a molding surface having a circular cross section on the periphery and a second press mold 118 having a molding surface having an arc-shaped cross section facing the molding surface of the first press mold 20, and the belt slab B is pitch-sent by the first press mold 20 and the driving pulley 60. Sections of the belt slab B on the first press mold 20 are pressed by the second press mold 118.
