The apparatus for obtaining the endless belt is composed of at least a detachable axis and a pressure treatment apparatus which can be heated and in which a film is wound onto the axis part. The axis is fitted to the pressure treatment apparatus, and pressurization treatment and heating treatment are applied. The axis is closed and composed of a elastomer, and the pressures of the internal spaces of the axis and the pressure treatment apparatus is controlled independently. The endless belt can be mass-produced stably and inexpensively by using the apparatus.
