Infrared lamp units 23 are arranged so as to enclose molds 16 (17). The infrared lamp units 23 are approximately circularly formed by combining two semicircular arc-shaped infrared lamps 21 with two reflectors 22 attached to the back sides of the infrared lamps 21. The infrared lamp units 23 are installed in plural stages along the press direction of the molds 16 (17). A part of the infrared lamps 23 among the plural infrared lamps 23 are set in such a way that gaps S formed at positions at which the two semicircular arc-shaped infrared lamps 21 are joined are placed at angle positions different from those of the positions of the gaps of other infrared lamps 23.
