Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mounting operation of an element to be mounted such as a printing plate or the like on a printing cylinder, to assure mounting and to simplify a mounting structure.
SOLUTION: One side wall surface of a groove 1b opened from a connecting axial hole 1a in an axial direction near an outer peripheral surface of a cylinder body 1 toward an outer peripheral surface of the body is crossed at an acute angle d1 with a contacting flat surface of the outer peripheral surface at a crossing line with the outer peripheral surface of the body, the element W to be mounted such as the printing plate or the like is wound on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder formed with an edge 1c together with the outer peripheral surface of the body, and both front and rear edges are inserted together into grooves in a winding direction bent at the acute angle and an obtuse angle to substantially become supplementary angles with each other at the element. An acute angle bending edge 22 is connected to the edge 1c, a connecting shaft inserted at a gap into the axial hole is rotated by an elastic force, a hole 24 of an acute angle bent edge 23 is engaged with a pin 12 of the cut out surface 10 of the connecting shaft, an obtuse angle bending edge is drawn to a depth of the groove, and the element is mounted on the cylinder.
