To automatically turn over respective sheets by reciprocally rotating an inclined shaft at a specific angle by a driving mechanism, and attracting a permanent magnet of a turning arm to an iron piece on the upper end of the respective sheets.
A magnet holding body 6 on the tip of a turning arm 2 is positioned on sheets of double spread pages, and a permanent magnet 7 attracts an iron piece of the sheets. A shaft part 4 of the turning arm 2 is reciprocally rotated by a driving mechanism 3 by operating a foot switch 13 once, and an arm part 5 is turned, and is restored again thereafter. Since an inclination θis imparted in the vertical direction of a placing stand 1 to the shaft part 4 of the turning arm 2, the permanent magnet 7 tries to be gradually displaced upward to the iron piece just after turning is started. The permanent magnet 7 is slightly displaced upward until the iron piece is put in an attracting condition on its lower end, and when the turning advances further, the permanent magnet 7 slips out of the iron piece, and finally, it turns up to a position exceeding a turning angle 180° from a turning start end position, and restraint by the permanent magnet 7 is released, and turning-over of the sheets is completed.
