Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject apparatus so designed, on the one side, the stroke regulation of an eccentric wheel drive for the motion of a needling plate subject to reciprocating motion in the direction of fleece passage, and, on the other side, a space enabling another eccentric wheel drive for both main and additional drives to be disposed in a common transmission housing is saved.
SOLUTION: This apparatus has such a scheme that a needle plate 2, as is widely known in itself, is jointedly linked, via push bars 3 supported slidably in a single guide sleeve 10, respectively, to an eccentric wheel drive 5 for driving the needle plate in the needle-punching direction 4, the guide sleeve 10 is supported swingably around an axial line 12 extended parallel with eccentric wheel shafts 7, 17 and also, via a guide arm 21 as a rigid body, jointedly linked to a connective bar 20 mutually connecting the connective rods 19 of both the eccentric wheel shafts 17 of an additional eccentric wheel drive 15, and furthermore, the additional eccentric wheel drive 15 works so as to regulate the mutual phase positions of both the eccentric wheel shafts 17.
