PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for peeling and winding a wire having excellent production efficiency.
SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a film peeling part 1 for peeling the coating film of a coated wire, a continuity detecting part 2 which is installed on the downstream side of this film peeling part 1 and with which the peeled state of the wire 28 is detected, a tension part 4 which is installed on the downstream side of this continuity detecting part 2 and with which the difference between processing speeds on the upstream side and the downstream side is absorbed and a wire winding part 6 which is installed on the downstream side of this tension part 4 and with which the wire 28 is wound around bobbins 5. A plurality of the bobbins 5 are communicated in series in the wire winding part 6 and spacers 7 for fixing the winding begining part or the winding completing part are provided between the bobbins 5. Consequently, the production efficiency of a winding wire is improved.
