PURPOSE: To uniformly knead a ceramics powder and a binder, by coaxially arranging the leading end part of the nozzle provided in a die and the opening part of the die and connecting the material supply port of a kneading cylinder to said opening part.

CONSTITUTION: The extruded material from a die 4 is supplied between a kneading cylinder 18 and a screw 21 to be transferred to the leading end side of the cylinder 18 and strongly kneaded between Dulmage 20 and the spiral blade 19 of the screw 21 and subsequently extruded to the space between the Dulmage 20 and the kneading cylinder 18 to be uniformly kneaded by the Dulmage 20. A molten binder 25A and a ceramics powder 26 are converted to a homogenous clayey mixture 28 which is, in turn, supplied to the leading end part of the kneading cylinder 18 and continuously extruded from the extrusion orifice 22 of a plate 23 while the extrudate is cut by a reciprocally moving cutter 24 to be formed into ceramics pellets 29 which are, in turn, fallen in a container 30.
