PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus effective for surely preventing the adhesion of marine organisms such as barnacle, blue mussel and algae, having excellent durability to dispense with the maintenance and inspection works and easily applicable to the objective part.

CONSTITUTION: The surface of a sheet 11 made of a beryllium-copper alloy is entirely covered with a plastic reinforcing plate 30 such as PVC plate fixed with screws 15. The edges 11a, 11a of the adjacent sheets 11 are placed opposite to each other, a band plate 21 is placed between the opposite edge 11b of the sheet and an edge 11b of the other set of sheet 11, the reinforcing plate 30 is pressed against a pit wall surface 50 with the band plate 21 and the reinforcing plate 30 is fixed with an anchor bolt 22. Since the sheet 11 is lined with the reinforcing plate 30, the rigidity of the sheet 11 is increased and the number of the anchor bolts 22 can be decreased to facilitate the installation work of the apparatus.
