Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apparatus for a preventing clogging of a bed soil shifter which does not get clogged even with crude soil containing a high ratio of moisture.
SOLUTION: This apparatus for preventing clogging has a crossarm fitting shaft 32 which is pivotally supported, in parallel with the axial center of a rotary sieve 1, outside the upper half part, on one side, of the rotary sieve 1, and a vibrating roller assembly 33 arranged forward and a plurality of vibrating roller assemblies 34 behind the former, side by side, at an appropriate interval, in the rotating direction of the rotary sieve 1, with the base parts of crossarm plates 35 anchored. In addition, the rollers 36 supported pivotally on the upper end part of the sieve machine are set into contact elastically with the surface of the rotating sieve 1. Further, a crank shaft 50 is fixed in the center of a chain gear 4 to be engaged with a roller chain 10 which is fitted around the outer periphery of the front end part of the rotating sieve 1 in such a manner that the crank shaft 50 protrudes backward. Besides, a rolling wheel 51 is provided at the rear end of the crank shaft 50. Following the rotation of the rotating sieve 1, the upper face of the rolling wheel 51 comes into contact with the lower face of a crossarm plate uplifting piece 38 mounted, in a forward protruding fashion, from the upper face of the center part of the vibrating roller assembly 33, and then is parted. In turn, the rollers 36 on the upper end parts of the vibrating roller assemblies 33, 34 are moved vertically around the crossarm fitting shaft 32, and thereby, the surface of the rotating sieve 1 is buffeted, during the downward movement of the rollers 36, to shake off dirt trapped in sieve openings.
