PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for preventing collision of vehicle, which is imparted with function for correcting braking signal given from danger detecting circuit, that is operated on the difference between actual deceleration speed and predetermined deceleration speed, so that braking force necessary for preventing collision of vehicle can be surely acted, independently of the condition of contact between wheels and road surface.
